The young red dog pranced proudly into the meadow looking around importantly bright orbs shining out of his slightly domed head. As he floated gracefully along his long feathers billowed out around him. It was interesting in this strange hot place. Much stranger than his native, foggy Ireland. As it was the young Irish Setter couldn't decide which he like best. Fruit littered the ground filling the air witha tangy scent. Seeing a bird flutter up suddenly froma bush he naturally assumed his stance. Ready for a hunter to shoot it an dpraise him. Neither came and he shook his head. Foolish dog. There were no more who would praise him and feed him. Not after he had messed it up anyway.

Lady watched the red dog from a distance. He took an odd stance and she laughed a little. He did look kinda funny. She shook her head. "I need someone to talk to. He's as good as any other dog." She started to walk towards him. The dog got out of the stance and shook his head. He looked almost disapointed. "Maybe I can cheer him up!" Lady thought. She pranced over to him, then sat down behind him. " Hi! My name is Lady. Whats yours?"

Plopping down Flynn fell to the earth in a sort of free fall he found easier than lowering himself. Tassels flared out like wings in the air. His crown rested on his large paws decisevley. It was a show of trust that he was lying down in the presence of a strange fae. She had the strange accent that often accompanied an american dog. "Thank ye lass. May ah be so buld as ta ask ye beed? Ah'm an irish Settah."
